How does Request a Pair work?

Need the pair by a certain date? Tap in early. We recommend placing all orders at least 3 weeks in advance to give us enough time to source, process, and deliver your pair. Last-minute requests aren't guaranteed — plan ahead so the soles land before the fit does.

What's your return policy?

Once sourcing begins, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, fit, change of mind, color preference, or buyer's remorse. Refunds or other remedies are generally limited to orders we cannot fulfill, the wrong item being sent, a material mismatch from the accepted order, significant material damage, or where the law requires a remedy.
