All Sales Final After Sourcing Begins

Because most RicchOffSoles orders are sourced specifically for the customer, all sales are final once sourcing begins. After sourcing begins, RicchOffSoles does not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, fit preference, color preference, or no longer wanting the item.

Cancellation Before Sourcing

A cancellation request may be submitted before sourcing begins. Approval is not guaranteed. If RicchOffSoles approves a cancellation before sourcing begins, any captured payment will be refunded to the original payment method, or an uncaptured authorization may be voided or released.

When a Refund or Remedy May Be Provided

A refund, replacement, or other appropriate remedy may be considered only when RicchOffSoles is unable to fulfill the order, the customer receives the wrong item, the item is materially different from the accepted order, the item arrives with significant material damage that substantially affects the product's condition or use, or applicable law requires a remedy.

Unavailable Items

If RicchOffSoles cannot source or fulfill the ordered item, RicchOffSoles may cancel the order. Any captured amount that must be returned will be refunded to the original payment method. If payment was only authorized and not captured, the authorization may be voided or released.

Significant Damage, Wrong Item, or Material Difference

Minor cosmetic imperfections, small packaging damage, ordinary wear to external packaging, or issues that do not materially affect the product do not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement. To request review, the customer must contact ricchoffsoles@outlook.com promptly after delivery and provide the order number plus clear photo and/or video evidence showing the claimed issue, including the product, packaging, and shipping condition where relevant.

RicchOffSoles may request additional reasonable proof before approving any refund, replacement, exchange, or other remedy. A claim may be denied when sufficient proof is not provided or when the evidence does not show significant material damage, an incorrect item, or a material difference from the accepted order.

Sizing and Fit

Customers are responsible for selecting the requested size. Sizing may vary by brand and model. A sizing chart or sizing recommendation is provided for convenience only and does not guarantee fit. Ordering the wrong size or disliking the fit does not qualify for a refund or exchange once sourcing has begun unless RicchOffSoles sent a size different from the size ordered.

Shipping and Timing

Estimated sourcing, processing, and delivery times are not guarantees unless RicchOffSoles expressly states otherwise in writing. Delays caused by suppliers, carriers, weather, customs, peak-season volume, or other events outside RicchOffSoles' reasonable control do not automatically qualify an order for a refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact RicchOffSoles first to resolve an order issue. Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may be contested with order records, communications, tracking, delivery confirmation, photographs, videos, and other supporting documentation.

Refund Method

When a refund is approved or legally required, it will be issued to the original payment method. Posting time after issuance depends on the payment provider.

Non-Waivable Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
