FINAL SALE NOTICE: Once sourcing begins, all sales are final except where RicchOffSoles is unable to fulfill the order, the wrong item is sent, the item is materially different from the accepted order, significant material damage is proven, or applicable law requires another remedy. Claims involving damage or item error require clear photo and/or video proof and review.

These Terms govern use of the RicchOffSoles website, purchases, Request a Pair submissions, quotes, sourced-on-request orders, discount codes, and related services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on the site.

Accurate Information

Customers must provide accurate and current contact, shipping, payment, sizing, and order information. RicchOffSoles may decline or cancel an order when information is incomplete, inconsistent, fraudulent, or cannot reasonably be verified.

Sourced-on-Request Orders

Unless an item is expressly identified as ready to ship, merchandise may be sourced after an order is placed or a quote is accepted. A displayed product, image, quote, or request form does not guarantee availability.

Order Acceptance and Payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean sourcing has begun. RicchOffSoles may use payment authorization before capture while availability is confirmed. If an item cannot be sourced, an authorization may be voided or an order may be cancelled and refunded as appropriate.

Pricing and Listing Errors

Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. RicchOffSoles may correct obvious pricing, description, or listing errors and may cancel an affected order when permitted by law. Required refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

No Unauthorized Substitutions

RicchOffSoles will not knowingly substitute a materially different product, size, or colorway without the customer's agreement.

Shipping

Customers ordering for a deadline should allow at least three weeks. This is a planning recommendation rather than a guaranteed delivery promise. Tracking is provided when available.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the requested size. Brand and model sizing varies, and sizing guidance does not guarantee fit. Size or fit issues do not qualify for a return or exchange once sourcing begins unless RicchOffSoles sent a size different from the size ordered.

Discount and Ambassador Codes

Valid discount codes apply according to the percentage assigned to that code. Unless RicchOffSoles expressly states otherwise, discount codes cannot be stacked. Codes may be disabled for fraud, abuse, manipulation, or unauthorized use.

Third-Party Brands

Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their use identifies products or customer requests and does not by itself imply sponsorship, partnership, authorization, or affiliation with RicchOffSoles.

Product Claims

RicchOffSoles does not make unsupported claims about authenticity, origin, materials, condition, affiliation, or product specifications. Product information may be corrected when needed.

Prohibited Use

The site may not be used for fraud, payment abuse, malicious access, harassment, unlawful activity, or attempts to disrupt the service.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Changes

RicchOffSoles may update these Terms prospectively. The version applicable when an order is placed will generally govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.
