Sourced-on-Request Policy

IMPORTANT: Once sourcing begins, all sales are final. Size/fit issues, change of mind, color preference, and buyer's remorse do not qualify for a return or exchange. Claims for a wrong item, material mismatch, or significant material damage require clear photo and/or video proof and review. See Returns & Refunds.

• Unless expressly identified as ready to ship, RicchOffSoles merchandise may be sourced after an order or accepted quote.
• Submitting a Request a Pair form is an inquiry, not a purchase and not a guarantee that an item can be sourced.
• Availability and supplier pricing can change before an order is accepted.
• Customers ordering for an event or deadline should allow at least three weeks.
• RicchOffSoles may decline or cancel a sourcing request when availability, price, payment risk, legal restrictions, or other fulfillment concerns make the order impractical.
• Sourced merchandise is received by RicchOffSoles before final customer shipment for order checking, preparation, and packaging.
• Supplier identities, supplier costs, internal margins, and internal sourcing information are confidential business information and are not part of the customer-facing transaction.
• RicchOffSoles will not knowingly make unsupported claims about authenticity, affiliation, materials, origin, SKU, condition, or other product details.
