You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a RicchOffSoles text message. Reply HELP for help. After an opt-out request, you may receive a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

RicchOffSoles does not treat consent to receive order and customer-service text messages as consent to receive promotional SMS. Promotional SMS, if offered in the future, will require a separate applicable opt-in.
