Stat Padder Ambassador Terms

Invite-Only Program

The Stat Padder Program is invite-only unless RicchOffSoles states otherwise. Participation does not create employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or authority to bind RicchOffSoles.

Codes and Rates

Each ambassador may receive a unique code. Customer discount percentages vary by ambassador. The ambassador commission rate matches the discount percentage assigned to that ambassador unless RicchOffSoles states otherwise in writing.

Eligible Commission

Commission applies only to eligible completed sales attributed to the ambassador's code. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, disputed, or charged-back orders do not earn payable commission.

Pending Period

Commission remains pending for at least 14 days after confirmed delivery and until the applicable return or refund review period has cleared.

Payout Schedule

Approved ambassador payouts are reviewed for the monthly payday on the 5th. Payouts are made manually by RicchOffSoles; tracking a commission does not itself authorize payment.

Abuse

Fabricated orders, unauthorized code manipulation, duplicate attribution, misleading promotion, coupon-site leakage, or other abuse may result in commission denial, code suspension, or removal from the program.

Promotion Standards

Ambassadors may not make unsupported product, authenticity, earnings, affiliation, or delivery claims on behalf of RicchOffSoles.

Program Changes

RicchOffSoles may prospectively change rates, eligibility, code rules, or program structure. Earned and approved commissions remain subject to refund, fraud, dispute, and chargeback adjustments.
